2025 Spring PEP Session
The Hudson High School Girls Hockey program is hosting a Spring PowerEdgePro (PEP)

PEP is the leader in small area, reactive hockey training.

Alex Stevens, who played for Penn State and one season in the ECHL, will run the sessions. He/PEP runs captains practices and spring training for both Edina and Minnetonka girls programs.

PEP delivers a patented, unmatched and elite training experience with an unparalleled record of developing players. PEP's focus is on developing elite motor skills, evasive skating techniques, increased reaction time, and responding faster to create more opportunities. Their circuits are designed to overload a player's motor skills to simulate the pressures of a real game situation and force players to manage multiple skills simultaneously.
