Boys 2026 Raider Development Camp

Welcome to the 2026 Raider Development Camp (RDC)

We are excited to get to work this offseason with a goal of improvement both on and off the ice for the players. The camp is focused on on-ice development, but we will provide supplemental off-ice options for players to do on their own time. We are introducing a Friday Game Day session this year available for all players who participate in camp. We want players to prioritize the Tuesday and Thursday sessions with Friday being a bonus. We understand summers are busy and we encourage to spend time doing things other than hockey as well! 

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays running from 6/9 – 7/30
(No Activities on 4th of July Week)

Times: White Group: 2:10-3:10, Navy Group 3:20-4:20
(Groups will be announced after registrations are finalized.)

Who is Eligible: Any Hudson High School Students entering Grades 9-12 in the Fall of '26

Registration/Cost: $375

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 5/10/26

RDC Structure:

  • On-Ice Focus: Skating Skills, Puck skills, shooting, passing, fundamentals, small area and station-based drills.
  • Friday Game Days: 7:10am-8:10am Every Friday (no skate 7/3). Anyone is welcome and we will be playing full-ice or small area games for the entire session.
  • Off-Ice Development: We will have an at home off-ice training tracker that we will use as weekly competitions. This will be some supplemental things players can do at home. It should not take the place of other programs that players are doing. There may be prizes given out for hitting benchmarks.

Summer Scrimmage Festival: We will again host a Summer Scrimmage Festival on 7/24 & 7/25. Communication on participation in this event will be announced after RDC registration is finalized.

Notes from the coaches:

  • Summer Camp is completely optional and does not impact anything to do with the HS Season or tryout process.
  • We will create a sign-up genius link for attendance. No need to email or text coaches for attendance.
  • We understand that players are involved with other sports and committed to other offseason hockey programs, we don't expect this to take away from other teams and programs you are committed to.

 **IMPORTANT: All camp participants and Parents are expected to work at the Annual Chicken and Corn Feed at Willow River Saloon all day on Sunday, Aug 2nd. Players will be asked to help with set-up on Saturday, Aug 1st.
